What does it mean if I am peeing every 5 mins?

Hi today I have peed like every 5 minutes? I don't know what is going on. I am 21 years old I have 10 month twins and I am not sure if I maybe pregnant again. I took a pregnancy test but it was incorrect or whatever it didn't show a result so I don't know if I took it wrong or why it didn't show up.My fiancee tells me I am pregnant b/c I have mood swings,nauseous, sore and leaking nipples,I get frequent headaches,and I am always hungry. I don't know what to do my Ob/GYN don't have an open appointment till the end of June.I just don't know can anyone help me please thanks!!!
