Experienced Mommys or Mommys to be please, i have 2 questions!?

I'm 18 weeks as well and I will feel movement one day and the other day, not so much. In "What to Expect When You're Expecting" said that it is completely normal at this stage and should feel regular movements later on in pregnancy.
