My pregnacy test was positive .... Now what?

I finished my period on 5/24/2011 I have been having unprotected sex with my hubby since than... last night I used the home pregnancy test and it was positive.... I could int believe it.. I get another test and it said positive... Could pregnancy happen this fast,.... im going to see my gyn today .... what should i do ?
