Is this a disease or from shaving frequently?

okay, so recently i had a pimple like bump on the inner lip of my vagina. i popped it and it was fine . all of a sudden it turns into something totally different . its like a rash thing that isnt red its like white it doesnt itch/or bother only when i think about it. ive made an appointment with the gyn but has any one ever gone through this? ive gotten checked for stds and im negative and kept having intercourse with the same partner after im just really worried . helpppp !!
