No, that lump is not anything to do with polycystic ovarian syndrome. I suggest you go to the doctor for an evaluation of what that lump is. It sounds worrisome. The only things you should feel in there are the vaginal walls, the thin membrane that is the hymen, and at the end, the cervix.
