Why am i having this vaginal discharge?

i never had vaginal disharge until 2 yrs after i had a baby now the discharge is constant. i went to several gyn's and they all say it seems normal some say they can see inflamation and theres nothing they can really do about it. and its not a yeast infection. but i am going absolutley crazy!!! i didn't have this before i had my baby. now i can't stand having sex with my husband because it builds up around his penis and my vagina with the consistensy of yogurt!!! its disgusting and embarrasing but there is no smell. so i know i don't have chlamydia or anything plus we got tested and we were ok. i can't even pull up my panties after i use the bathroom becuase it feels disgusting so i just put on a clean pair. i notice i dont dishcarge the 2 or 3 days before and after my period.(and sex with hubby during this time is awesome because my body gives the right amount of moisture) but the rest of the month i am discharging...i wonder if it has anything to do with my hormones? but wouldn't the gyn's who checked me out test that? the other night i was feeling this dull pain in both of my ovaries i could n't sleep so i will set up another doctors appt...i am not optimistic i dont know what else to do though. i wonder if it could be bv...becuase sometimes it does itch but its not cottage cheeselike like a yeast infection.but like i said the gynos keep saying its nothing!!!!! i feel like this is destroying my love life with hubby i want to be the wife that he deserves. but how could i if everytime we have sex we have to stop to wipe of all the white cream that comes out of me, ans it makes me self conscious....please help me.
