Loestrin 24 Fe and horrible side effects?

Ever since I started taking the Loestrin 24 FE birth control pill my skin has broken out bad. I have so many tiny pimples all over my face and I have tried pretty much every acne product that can be purchased from the drugstore but nothing is working. Also, my breasts constantly hurt, vaginal dryness to the point where it is so uncomfy, when I had my period the bleeding is so heavy, and I feel so tired all day and experience nausea off and on. I have no appetite whatsoever. I told my ob/gyn about this and all he said was that it can take 3 months for your body to get used to it. Anybody else go through this? I've already tried 2 other birth control pills, both of which caused me to have heavy bleeding that lasted 3 months.
