Was this supposed to have happened????

went to the public health office today and I think I got the most ignorant doc in the world...didn't ask me anything about the concerns I had told the nurse that were written down on my chart, including weird discharge, didn't ask me about any symptoms I'm having, didn't give me a pelvic exam when doing my annual gynecological exam, and when I told him I thought I had bv (which I have done tons of research on) he told me the only way I could have bv is if I had ever been given oral sex. Also, he wasn't gentle at all when he put the speculum inside me and it REALLY hurt. Is there a way I can file a complaint? Is this normal procedure? He asked me afterwards if I had any questions and when I told him yes, he went over and opened the door while answering! I wasn't even dressed yet! This was only my 2nd gyn exam. Did this happen because I went to the public health office instead of a private doctor? Please help me understand what happened! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone!!!
