TTC for 7 months. just found out that once again im not pregnant?

Okay what i want to know is this. Could a regular ob/gyn Inseminate me with my fiance's sperm? Or do i have to go to a specialist or something? Im not exactly sure how this works but could someone explain this to me and maybe tell me what i could do. We have been trying for so long i just cannot deal with any more disappointment. ): thanks..
