Yes you should have called, it isn't an emergency but it does need to be resolved (yeast infections are implicated in preterm delivery - among with UTIs and vaginal infections). You can go get a yeast infection test over the counter and see if you do indeed have a yeast infection, and if you do treat it yourself.
