Is skipping the 11th grade a good idea?

i skipped mine and it was fine, if you like to study and you have enough requirements to actually graduate high school and you're not lacking anything at the moment, and have the same credits or higher than people in that current grade year, then you should do it. congrats, you're lucky you're so smart :)
