Is it normal to have back/side pain for over 3 days with a bladder infection?

I have been hurting in my back/side for about 3 days now. i am 27 weeks pregnant and monday my ob gyn told me i had a bladder infection due to blood in my urine and gave me antiboitcs. i have not quit hurting since, is this normal to hurt this long??
