How can I relax better during a pap smear? I'm a virgin.?

It's probably hurting because of the cyst. Try to think of something off topic which they're performing the pap smier. Maybe hold something to squeeze when it hurts at times. I'm not a girl, and I saw no one answered and I just wanted to help! xD haha well hope everything turns out good.
